Where or how are sessions conducted?
Sessions can take place in person, over the phone, via email, conference calls
How long is a session?
To ensure that your time and efforts are well spent, I work together with you to determine the frequency and duration that best suits you. Sessions may be a long as 1-2 hours, or as short as 30 minutes.
What if I want to talk about very personal and sensitive stuff?
I am a professional and I can handle it. And most importantly, you can be assured of the strictest confidentiality.
Will there be an agreement/contract?
Yes, the agreement is client driven. In other words you set the agenda and topics that require attention and work. The agreement is a reinforcement of the goals you want to achieve.
How long do I have to commit with you?
The choice is definitely yours. Since progress best occurs over a period of time, we recommend that you initially begin with minimum 3-month commitment; however, you may prefer a shorter period of one month or a longer arrangement of 6 months to a year option.
How are your fees calculated?
The session fees are based on hourly rates, which differ depending on the service and whether we are working one-on-one with a client, or with 2 or more people in relationship during the same session. Please contact us for more details.
How much does it cost to attend one of your workshops?
Workshop prices may vary depending on location, size, content and/or customization. Please check our site periodically for announcements and pricing of upcoming Workshops.
What are the payment options?
Sessions: Payment for each session is via our secured and authorized reseller for our products and services and are in advance of our sessions. You can pay by VISA or MasterCard. Cheques are welcome; however, sessions can only start when we your cheque has cleared our bank. You may also opt for direct payment via our authorized reseller or pay via Pay Pal if you already have an account set up with them.
Workshops: Full payment is due at the time of registration. If workshops are cancelled by us, 100% of your money will be refunded. If you cancel, we will refund your payment minus a $50.00 administrative fee.
Are there additional fees?
Yes. Please note that Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax of 13% will be charged on coaching sessions and products sold, except for services and products sold outside Canada. Shipping charges are born by the purchaser and shipped “best way”.
