Refund and Return policy

Policy:

If there is a problem, we can work together to resolve the problem. I have always been extremely fair and always try to work with my reasonable customers. Negative feedback doesn't go away and should only be left as a last resort!   I strive for positive feedback, harmonious relations and even some friendships.

Refunds:

Sessions: You may terminate the agreement at the end of any billing cycle.   Coaching goes for as long as you're getting great value for your money.   If you're not we change something, or we stop.   A pro-rated refund will be in effect and send to you. If you have paid several months in advance for your coaching, you may terminate the coaching at the end of any four week cycle.   In this event you will receive a refund for the unused whole months.   However, please note, you will be charged the standard monthly rate for the months used, as your discounted rate is no longer applicable.

Products: Materials and products purchased and shipped are final.  I will refund for orders placed but not shipped. A handling and administration fee of 10% on the order will be deducted from the refund. Workshop materials and products that are not in order or are defective need to be shipped back and MUST BE RETUNED WITHIN: 7 DAYS. Please let me know exactly what the problem is. New and revised versions will be shipped to replace the correct materials and shipping costs are covered from our end.
