Workshops

The following categories of workshops can be delivered to your organization:

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Emotions have rarely been welcome in the workplace. We were told. “emotions are messy, get in the way, and should be left at home.” Traditional business belief held that the best strategies and decisions were based only on rational thinking and logic, or IQ. Emotions were not necessarily welcome in the rest of society either. As children we were told “keep your feelings to yourself” and “don't let them see you cry.”

Today, business leaders recognize that we are not machines, we are human and emotions are a fundamental part of who we are. In fact, emotions are essential to our survival, success, and happiness. Emotions influence our thoughts and actions and if suppressed they show up in negative ways, sabotaging our intended results, causing conflict and deflating morale.

The development of your emotional intelligence will increase your personal and relationship effectiveness at work. You will gain new skills to improve communications, create collaboration, be more productive and positively influence others.

The principles and practices of this development program will enable you to access and express your most authentically powerful and creative self.

While the EQ workshop concentrates on explaining the seven core emotional competencies, it can also serve as a basis and foundation for other integrated workshops such as Team Building, Selling and Sales Techniques, Customer Service, Managerial and Leadership skills.

SALES & MARKETING

Companies who are not current with the ever-changing world of sales and customer service relations discover great pains to maintain cash flow and profitability. Globalization, internet, and an increasing population of smart buyers means that organizations need to be “on top” of their marketing plan and understand the intricacies in how to implement their strategies. The workshops in sales and marketing focus on the importance of and the creation of various strategies in business development.

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

In today's changing economy, implementation of best practices and identifying how to maximize company resources is a necessity. Understanding and mastering business management principles in the context of a systematic approach, be it the planning phases or evaluating performances of these resources, can be a daunting task. The dynamics of “system thinking” and particular management styles can greatly impact the desired results. Our workshops concentrates on the internal organizational behaviors in order to create a balanced approach towards shared vision and implementation of peak performances of your resources.

FINANCE

Mastering the fundamentals of finance is a must for today's successful manager or business owner and can greatly improve the financial performance of your company. Adequate financial planning is a key element in the success of any business venture. The lack of adequate planning is often a factor in the failure of many business enterprises. By applying simple yet powerful formulas, understanding of basic financial management principles, profitability, financial decision making processes and the reasoning of growth potential will increase.

TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP

Leadership occurs and is expected at every level of the organization and not only by virtue of position power. To develop transformational leadership competencies we concentrate on a methodology that provides a 360 degree feedback from all stakeholders in the organization. Enhancement of specific skills will be identified to effectively implement organizational vision and goals.

Post Workshop Follow up

After each workshop or training module, a follow up call is made, in intervals of three months and six months to ensure implementation is done appropriately. This will also ensure alleviation of customer frustration and possible problematic issues arising from such implementation. Therefore, procedure can be diagrammed as follows:
